Privacy policy

Updated November 1, 2026. This notice covers Truway’s contact-intake form and WhatsApp client communication with Ethan’s team, including Maya.

Information used

The intake form collects your name, email, phone number, service goal, MyFreeScoreNow signup status and request to be contacted. WhatsApp provides the messages and files you send, your WhatsApp number and profile information, and message delivery information. The websites also use session and request information to operate the form and prevent abuse.

Why the team uses it

The team uses this information to respond to your request, coordinate onboarding and follow-ups, answer questions, keep conversation and task records, and bring unresolved issues to Ethan. Submitting intake details or sending a WhatsApp message does not itself authorize a credit-report pull, payment, or service agreement.

Automation and service providers

Maya uses AI-assisted replies. Truway’s system uses OpenAI to process conversation context and prepare responses; Meta/WhatsApp to receive and send WhatsApp messages; Cloudflare and Hostinger to host the websites, records and private workers; and Google to deliver intake alerts to Ethan. These providers handle information needed for their respective functions under their own policies. Team members and authorized tools access the information needed to handle your request.

Keep sensitive information in the secure portal

Do not send your Social Security number, date of birth, passwords, payment-card details, credit reports or identity documents through this intake form or WhatsApp. If you become a client, the team provides separate secure onboarding and payment steps. Those services have their own notices and authorization steps.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Email truwaycredit@gmail.com to ask about information associated with your request, correct contact information, stop WhatsApp follow-ups, or request deletion. Include the phone number or email used to contact Truway, but do not email identity documents or account passwords. The team may need to verify the request and review any service-record requirements before confirming what can be removed. See data deletion instructions.

This notice does not replace a separate service agreement or the privacy policies of WhatsApp, credit-monitoring or payment providers.
