Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of information associated with Truway’s intake form or WhatsApp conversations, email truwaycredit@gmail.com with the subject “Truway data deletion request”.

1. Provide the name and phone number or email you used to contact Truway.
2. State whether you want your intake request, WhatsApp conversation records, or both reviewed for deletion.
3. Do not include your Social Security number, payment details, passwords or identity-document photos.

Ethan’s team reviews the request, verifies identity if needed, and confirms the result or any service-record requirements that affect deletion. Deleting Truway’s records does not delete copies you retain in WhatsApp or records held independently by Meta, credit-monitoring or payment providers. Contact those providers separately for their records.
